Please note any taxes, duties, and customs fees associated with shipping outside of the United States are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Contact us for further information. Your order will ship within 3 business days, this excludes weekends and holidays. We ship via USPS first class mail. All items are shipped to shipping address in checkout as entered and on your receipt. Items are shipped in a bubble mailer and packaged in an organza bag with silk ribbon. Ready for gift giving and I can make a handmade note card at no extra cost. Just leave a note to me if you'd like this option and let me know what you would like the card to say. USPS International FIRST CLASS MAIL does not does not give a tracking number for parcels at present, only a custom claim number. It is very expensive to send parcels in this manner. Delivery should take 7 days to Canada and 5 to 20 days to International Countries. Be mindful sometimes customs can hold up parcels up to two months! If you want to purchase international tracking it is available for an added charge. All items are shipped with tracking numbers through the USPS in the USA.

RISK OF LOSS

The risk of loss for and title to products purchased on the Site passes to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen items in the mail. If you do not receive your package you need to contact your local USPS shipping office and go through channels. We strongly suggest adding insurance to the shipment for the dollar amount of the merchandise if this is a concern

All of my jewelry is guaranteed 100%. All my handmade jewelry is created with care and is of high quality. However, if you find that your jewelry is damaged upon arrival please let me know and I will repair it at no charge to you. If it is broken due to wear I can repair it for a small fee. If item is deemed damaged from wear and not from shipping it can be repaired with small fee. All sales are final. Please read descriptions carefully and message me with any questions you may have before purchasing. I will allow exchanges/refunds.

Please clean with mild soap, polishing cloth. It is recommended that jewelry is not worn while gardening, boating,showering, not in a pool, sports, etc. Please use your discretion as some of my jewelry is delicate and is meant to be worn with care. Most unopened items in new condition returned within 30 days will receive an exchange. Items that are opened or damaged or do not have a receipt may be denied  an exchange. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail.

INSURANCE

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen items in the mail. When returning your merchandise we strongly suggest adding insurance to the shipment for the dollar amount of the merchandise.
