All items are handmade. Some items are made at time of order and or custom and will take longer to ship. You will receive email updates on shipping as item is tracked and upon delivery you will receive email with delivered message. If at any time you have a question please email me at 

Standard shipping is the default checkout setting. Your item(s) are expected to be delivered within 3–10 business days after the items have been shipped and picked up by the delivery carrier. UNLESS custom item ordered this will delay shipping, depending on item aprox 1-4 weeks.
Spend $40 or more and receive free standard shipping.

Priority shipping:  is an upgrade charge and once shipped your package should arrive in aprox 7-10 business days delivery depending on your location and includes limited shipping insurance.

First-Class Package International® Service, delivery varies by destination and I cannot guarantee delivery dates. Most are 6 weeks without any global issues. Tracking is also not 100% tracked during delivery. If you want 100% tracked and faster delivery for international you can upgrade your shipping for an extra fee based on USPS rates.

Custom fees: 
Please, be aware that all customs fees and duties are the responsibility of buyer.
We are not responsible for any damage during delivery.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please note:
Business days don’t typically include weekends, however Saturday deliveries may occur in select ZIP codes. 
Shipping charges for priority shipping are calculated on a "per order" basis, including shipping, order processing, item selection and packaging costs, and will only apply to the items using these shipping speeds. 
While most items ship within 24 hours, sometimes I need additional processing time.

Returns and exchange details
I prefer to consider all items a "final sale", but I do understand that there are extreme circumstances and if it means keeping a customer happy, I will gladly accept a return. Shipping prices are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Please let me know if you want insurance added and I will adjust the shipping cost before you order. Items will be shipped within 7 days of payment -- sooner if possible. I cannot be responsible for items once they are shipped out. I will notify you when your package is on its way. Tracking information will be sent. Orders exceeding $40.00 qualify for free shipping and will be sent First Class Mail. If Priority Mail is desired, it will be up to the customer to pay for the upgrade.
