We offer FREE US shipping for all orders over $45*.

Most orders will arrive between 7 and 35 days worldwide. Once the order is shipped out, you'll receive a shipping notification email. Please allow 14-30 days for most orders to ensure proper quality assurance for creation, packaging, and shipment. In most cases, you will receive your item(s) earlier than expected depending on the destination. Your patience is truly appreciated. 

Note that it happens very rarely but it is your responsibility to pay for your country custom duties if required. 


Asked Questions

"I ordered multiple items, but I have received my parcel holding just 1 of them."

If you place an order with us for multiple items it is more than likely going to be shipped in more than one package.  Please allow some time for all of your items to arrive.

"I paid for my order but did not get a confirmation email"

Please check your spam folder, some emails might end up there. If you need to contact us, we are available at


"I placed and order and did not receive shipping information" 


An email will be sent to you when you order ships with tracking information as well as updates are sent to your email on delivery. If you have not received an email yet your order will ship soon. 


Returns are welcome anytime within 7 days of your original receipt of your order. 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Custom orders are non refundable. Refunds we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Damaged/ Not as described products:

Returns are welcome anytime within 7 days of your original receipt of your order if the items are not as described or damaged. Simply return the items to us, and we'll provide a full refund. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We stand behind our goods and services and want you to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of our customers. We often want to save you the trouble of shipping defective product back to us. When you contact us, please send us a photo of the product that clearly shows the issue you're experiencing. This will help us to serve you faster!
