1.  Bronze colored, matte brass moon phase charms. 
2.  Hubei Turquoise faceted rounds 5mm
3. blue faceted crystals in a 4 mm rondell
4. blue turquoise howlite stone 
5. African brass spacer heishi beads 
6. 11/0 gold seed beads 
7. lobster clasp, crimps, crimp cover, wire guards and jump rings

 Directions : 

Starting with moon phase beads in the center and going out:

Spacer bead on each side of moon phase, add 6 - 5mm turquoise stones

Add 1 SB, Add 3 blue howlite stones ( rondelle 3x5mm), Add 1 SB

Add 3 small rondelle dark blue crystals, Add 1-SB

Add 5- 5mm turquoise stones, Add 1 SB, 

Add 4 blue howlite stones ( rondelle 3x5mm), Add 1-SB

Add 7- 5mm turquoise stones, Add 1 SB

Add 3 blue howlite stones ( rondelle 3x5mm), Add 1-SB

Add 6/0 gold spacer beads to desired length and add lobster clasp closure
